Roles & Responsibility

  • Business development executive is responsible to generate leads, develop client relationship and offer demos convincing the client to product fitment
  • Candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales
  • Individual must be highly motivated, self-starter with an ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mail, market research, walk-ins to industrial areas, database etc.,
  • Candidate should be proactive to followup with leads
  • Candidate must have good idea & exposure with Enterprises software solutions
  • must be able to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Must possess strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual targets

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in ERP / CRM software solutions Sales and an understanding of how these apply to business processes
  • We are looking for highly talented, self - motivated individual with excellent oral and presentation skills
  • Should be able to work effectively as an individual as well as contribute towards team efforts
  • 0 - 3 years of experience as business development executive
  • Any Graduate or MBA with Marketing
